Charming villa located in one of the most authentic parts of the northern Tuscany. Some parts of the house were made in 1761 but it has become, over the centuries, a welcoming and very spacious home. The huge garden has a beautiful swimming pool and has about 300 olive trees that offer you shaded corners during beautiful summer afternoons. Panoramic balconies will allow you to lose yourself in a good book while enjoying a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. Tuscany gives you permission to taste the simple pleasures of life that sometimes we forgot about with its gastronomy and epic history. During summer, you can attend opera and jazz festivals which take place in the village of Barga, just a 25-minutes drive from the property.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1700 €, bank card pre-authorization, along with down payment.
