Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 45 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, wire payment, along with down payment.

La villa très grande, la piscine magnifique et le jardin super bien entretenu Pour la piscine j’ai été agréablement surprise car elle était quand même bien sécurisée. Si on peut faire une suggestion petites bouées ça peut être sympa. Ll jardin était immense, une balançoire ça serait un gros plus. il faisait chaud mais nous avons bien dormi même sans clim. Tout le monde a été content
Août 2018, Pierre S. : Le paradis en Toscane. loin des sentiers battus touristiques. la pleine nature. une immense maison de très grande qualité, parfaitement entretenue. Piscine et espaces verts parfaits. Un prestataire local hyper réactif et à l'écoute. A recommander les yeux fermés!
