The garden around the villa is directly accessible from all the ground floor rooms turning this space into a lively area.
On request, the house can be divided into two separate independent apartments one “small” which sleeps 8 and the other “big” which sleeps 14

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 900 €, cash, upon arrival.
