This refined property recently restored is set in the most desirable location on the beautiful hills in the heart of Tuscany, between Siena (25 Km) and Arezzo (35 km) just in the centre of the region. From this charming villa it is possible to easily reach Florence (55 Km North) and the Chianti area spending the day tasting delicious wine in some of the worldwide renown Wine Estates, or going towards South and enjoy the unique landscapes of Le Crete Senesi or the Val d'Orcia - Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano.The house is on the "Strada del vino Terre di Arezzo” (the route of wine). Wonderfully renovated farmhouse with every possible modern convenience, it is part of a large estate surrounded by olives groves, vineyards and oaks wood.
Even though the owner's house is on the same estate the house is totally private and very quiet. In fact the villa of the owner is 1.5 km away. An unpaved private road connects the villa to the main road. The property has a well kept and fenced garden, full of flowers, olives tree and equipped with different relaxing areas, a large patio with a real pizza oven and BBQ, a perfect place for al fresco dinner during summer time. Few steps lead to the pool ground. Amazing infinity swimming pool (16 x 5) opened from the 8th of May to the 25th of September. The pool ground is equipped with long chairs, pillows and a very comfortable futon under the shadow. Just next to the pool area there is the sauna room with and extra bathroom with shower.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 65 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 65 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.

Août 2022 - Pelletier: Cadre idéale, vue magnifique, piscine top. Nous sommes ravies du séjour, de la villa. Tout était très bien, comme prévu on a tout de suite oublié la ligne électrique. Si il faut faire une remarque, le service de ménage pourrait être plus soigné.
Août 2015- -Michel S: La maison à l’intérieur est très bien aménagée et fourni de tout confort, on n’a pas l’impression de louer une villa mais d’arriver chez un ami. La région est vraiment bien, le village à proximité très bien. La dépendance est très pratique pour recevoir des amis. Seul bémol, il y a des fils d’électricité qui passe à coté de la piscine et du jardin.
Août 2015-Philippe A: Ravis comme d'habitude! On s'est beaucoup plu. Maison de qualité. La seule chose qui nous a perturbé au début c’est la ligne d’électricité qui passe au dessus de la piscine mais nous l’avons vite oubliée. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique.
