Immerse yourself in nature in this charming seaside villa situated on the Tyrrhenian Coast, which boasts a vast estate extending for miles, and private access to a golden beach.
Spend your days between sea and forest : wander among pine trees and catch a glimpse of deer and wild boar ; explore the region with a bicycle or on horseback ; drive through the picturesque Cypress Alley until you reach the wineries of Bolgheri ; marvel at the ancient tower and ruins of Donoratico while sampling their local dish: fresh pasta filled with vegetables and cheese ; and partake in Volterra’s medieval re-enactment which occurs every year at the end of August.
At dusk, watch the sun set from the beach, the sea lapping gently against your feet.

Aout 2024 Sophie J. Le séjour c’est globalement très bien passé. Le jardin est exceptionnel et la piscine est très belle. La décoration dans la maison est très agréable faite avec beaucoup de gout. La partie de la maison qui n’est pas climatisée en haut est très chaude. L’accès la plage est vraiment très facile d’accès directement de la propriété par un petit sentier. La plage est peu fréquentée, dommage qu’il y ai eu des méduses cette année, nous n’avons pas beaucoup profité de la mer mais cela n’est pas imputable à la maison. La femme de ménage adorable, très serviable et disponible, elle propose un service de cuisine vraiment super. La cuisine était très spacieuse facile pour stocker et pour cuisiner. La villa se situe à coté d’un petit village avec de quoi faire les courses, un grand supermarché et tous les services. Globalement une réussite tout le monde a été très content. On a pu faire plein de visite Pise, Sienne, San gimignano il était en effet assez facile de rayonner pour faire du tourisme. Globale très content de l’expérience vraiment très sympas. Deuxième expérience très positive avec Bellavista
Visite d’Aurore nov 2018: Grand coup de coeur pour cette villa avec un accès à la plage à pieds directement du jardin. Passé un petit portillon, un petit chemin avec quelques marches sillonne les dunes de sable et la pinède pour rejoindre une longue plage de sable avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer! Environnement superbe dans une grande propriété préservée et qui est aussi une réserve naturelle. Assez ventilée on profite de la brise des montagnes l’après-midi. Beaux espaces ombragés à coté de la piscine, les enfants pourront jouer à l’ombre sur un épais tapis vert de gramigna.

By the pool, there are lovely shaded areas, perfect for children to play out of the glare of the sun.
