Sober, modern and very refined, this villa is very easy to live in and is therefore ideal for families with children.
A very beautiful swimming pool is accessible by the main level, and is surrounded by deckchairs which will benefit from your naps in the sun.
For your activities, do not hesitate to go to Faro where you can visit its emblem: The Cathedral of Faro. You can climb its 80 steps to access the bell tower and admire the great view overlooking the city and the sea. In this regard, the Algarve does not only hide beaches: there are also magnificent rocky panoramas like the cliffs of Lagos ocher. During a hike, do not hesitate to contemplate these wonders of nature. On the culinary side, you can taste without counting the famous “Pastéis de nata” as a reward for your day of walking through the Portuguese landscapes.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 5000 €, credit card, along with down payment.
