This property is integrated in the area of "Sol Troia", a complex of villas with 24-hour surveillance. This property is located on a peninsula 1.5 km wide, surrounded by the ocean and the estuary of "Sado" and integrated in a natural park, ideal place to enjoy nature and go for long walks along the sandy beaches. The villa is only 200 meters from the beach. It has a garden sheltered from prying eyes and a large swimming pool surrounded by a terrace to enjoy the sun.
This villa has been designed with lots of natural lighting, open to the nature, the ocean and the orientation of the sun to prioritize the quality of life and quality of holidays.
In the northern part of the region lies the Troia peninsula on a 17 km long and 1.5 km wide sand dune, 45 km from Lisbon with its casino, marina and 18-hole golf course bordering 'ocean.
Archaeological research is in progress, so that the Roman ruins are not yet completely open to the public. However, it is possible to visit the fish salting workshops, the baths, the mausoleum and the houses of the "Rua da Princesa".

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, credit card, along with down payment.
