This luxury villa is located in the protected area of Sintra on the outskirts of Magoito, a small village that offers a glimpse of rural Portugal. Built in the early 1900s, this mansion was completely renovated in 2005. There are 2 cottages and a chapel attached to the main house. All buildings have been carefully renovated by the new owner using high quality materials, while retaining the charm of an old farm house with modern comforts. The tiles of the villa painted by hand has been preserved and restored. The water well was covered with glass and this is one of the special features of the bathrooms in the main house. The decor is simple with neutral colored sofas, discreet artistic works, a combination of large wooden beams and tiled floors, exposed brickwork and high ceilings creating a relaxing atmosphere reminiscent of the past.
At disposal for your moments of relaxation: tennis court, billiard, playground, private pool, 3 mountain bikes and 2 bikes for children.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 30 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.
