The villa is located 2 minutes walk from the center of Cadaques, you can not be better placed. Originally a fisherman's house, the current owners have restored it with all modern comforts and with particular care in every detail.
The village of Cadaques with its white houses, its rocky bay, its small winding streets and its port gives the whole a bohemian atmosphere. But at the same time emerges a sophistication that has been created over the years by many artists such as Dali, Picasso and many other renowned intellectuals.
You will have access to the Market on Mondays, to two supermarkets, many shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, a medical clinic and a dentist.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.
