This villa sits in a privileged location close to Tamariu and enjoys some of the most stunning sea views along the whole of the Costa Brava. Located in a quiet sought after area at the end of a cul de sac, you enjoy privacy and clear unobstructed views.
To the exterior and you have a brand new pool surrounded by decking. As well as the area around the pool you find various terraces for relaxing, each with amazing views. This house is not really suitable for very small children due to the large amount of terraces and stairs.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 30 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, credit card, along with down payment.
