This gorgeous and stylish villa has been recently restored and sits on the edge of a small medieval village of the Baix Empordà, 10-15 minutes drive to the nearest beaches and close to the picturesque medieval villages of Pals, Peratallada and Begur.
The house has an extensive garden with a large pool and a lovely porch with comfortable sitting area, a built in BBQ and a large table for outdoor dinning. Here there is also a changing room WC.
The house is bright and is nicely decorated with natural stone floors, grey pastel walls and a mix of rustic and modern furniture. The owners have put a lot of attention to detail and it feels really homely and welcoming.
Outdoors, there is plenty of parking space available and an extensive lawn for children to run around.
BBQ, Ping pong table and some bikes are provided.
