Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 600 €, wire payment, along with down payment.

Août 2019. Aglae d.V. Nous avons trouvé la villa qui est très belle et originale. Nous apprécions la fraîcheur de la maison actuelle mais les escaliers sont compliqués avec un jeune enfant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons l’année prochaine à Minorque.
