Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 45 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 2000 €, wire payment, along with down payment.

Août 2019. Benedicta P. Formidable, très content. Maison en parfait état, belle vue. Beau temps. Accueil très cordial. Coupure d’électricité le dernier jour mais ça n’est pas de leur faute. Dedans il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Dehors par contre pas assez d’endroit pour s’asseoir. Il y a une table dehors pour manger mais pas assez d’endroit pour voir la vue de la mer. Il faudrait rajouter des équipements extérieurs tournés vers la mer et non tournés vers la maison car la vue est magnifique mais on en profite pas assez.
